A One-Stop Resource Hub for Prosecuting CRSV Cases
The legal resources compile a wealth of practice-oriented materials and tools developed by the UN Team of Experts on the Rule of Law and Sexual Violence in Conflict, conflict-related sexual violence (CRSV) experts, researchers, civil society organisations, and other partners. The resources collated are designed to build the capacity of practitioners to prosecute CRSV cases at the national level.
The legal resources are divided into three sub-pages – Practice Guides, Training Materials, and a Research Hub. Each sub-page is divided thematically and can be further filtered by countries or regions, relevant actors and laws, as well as specific topics related to victim-survivors or case prioritisation and procedure. All resources are also accessible using the search function.
See a relevant legal resource missing? Looking for a resource you cannot find? If you know of any other useful resources related to the prosecution of CRSV cases that could be included in this repository, please contact the UN Team of Experts on the Rule of Law and Sexual Violence in Conflict.
